Salon Policies

Every effort will be made to ensure your hair gets the utmost care. It is requested therefore that you read over the polices before booking an appointment. Please know that I do my absolute best to accommodate your schedule and appreciate your flexibility in return.

Policies and Recommendations

Cancellations

Cancellations or appointment changes made at least one business day in advance allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (1 business day) are subject to a fee of the stylists discretion.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or have/have had a fever in the last 24hrs prior to your appointment.

No-Show Appointments

No-Show appointments are when a client missed their scheduled appointment or failed to notify the stylist of their tardiness. Scheduled appointments will be accommodated up to a 15 minute late window. A No-show fee or late fee will be applied to such situations.

Re-Do Services

Re-Do's or Fixes will always be taken into consderation. The health and desired result of your hair is a priorty and any missteps or undesired results will be fixed complimentary within 48 hours of the original service. Any requests contrary to the original service request will be an additional charge of the stylist's discretion.

Color Services and Extension Care

Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry, product free hair for best results.

Extensions: Always use the Babe Extensions Brush to brush over any applied method. Remember to schedule your move-ups/removals before you leave the salon!!
